At Indian Fragnance we stand behind the quality of our ceramic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure a stress-free shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or discounted items may not be eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on shipping the item back to us. The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
4. Exchange & Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement or exchange. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing images of the defective product. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no extra cost.
5. Cancellation & Order Modifications
